Probate and Estate Administration
Wills

On some occasions, disputes with regard to deceased estates can arise. We have a high level of experience in litigation acting both for and against persons seeking further provision from a deceased estate under Part IV of the Administration and Probate Act 1958 in the Supreme and County Courts of Victoria.

We also act in other Estate matters such as Removal of Executor proceedings and disputes involving Informal Wills.

Victims of Crime

We prepare and advise on applications for financial assistance under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 1996. We have associations with various Victim Assistance Programs and aim to achieve the best outcome for those who have suffered due to violent crime. In most cases, legal fees will be paid by the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT).
