Principal Lawyer, Emily Emerson (formerly Kilpatrick) was admitted as an Australian Lawyer by the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2007. After eleven years of employment with McNamaras Barristers & Solicitors in Melbourne, Emily founded Emerson Kilpatrick Legal.
Emily has extensive experience in a range of areas and has predominantly practiced in matters of Wills and Estates.
